• The standard subscription fee is $999 per month per brand. Custom pricing is available for larger plans.
• Payments can be made via wire transfers or credit cards.
• All sales are final, and refunds are not provided unless otherwise required by law.

5. Acceptable Use

• Users shall not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape data, or exploit our platform in any unauthorized manner.
• There is no fixed limit on the number of analyses, but usage is subject to fair use and company discretion.
• Any misuse of the platform may result in termination of access.

6. Intellectual Property

• Users retain ownership of the creatives they analyze.
• AdsAnalyser stores analyzed creatives for clients but does not share them externally.
• Our proprietary technology, including patent-pending features, is protected under applicable laws.

7. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

• Our AI-generated analyses are provided “as is” without any guarantees of accuracy or effectiveness.
• We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from reliance on our analyses.
• Users assume full responsibility for their use of the insights provided.

8. Termination & Suspension

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for violations of these Terms.
• Terminated accounts may lose access to stored data and analyses.

• Analyzed ad creatives are stored permanently for historical tracking and analysis improvements.
